The third training course of TOP-TEK Training College was successfully launched

      New Year new atmosphere, new course! The third training course of TOP-TEK Training Institute (the training cycle is one year) was successfully held on 09:30, January 12, 2020. Organizational goal and mission, and made a unique analysis and elaboration on the goal of enterprise existence (profit, technological progress, social responsibility); 2. Ii. The establishment and improvement of organizational framework, and detailed explanation of personnel level, professional level, ISO system, and process standards of each module; Iii. Organized execution and supervision, and made detailed analysis on planning, resource organization, communication and cooperation; Iv. Analysis of employees' abilities, which are divided into professional knowledge (management, technology), communication skills and personality orientation, etc., and a large number of case studies are made, especially in the aspect of personality orientation. 5. Rewards and punishments. As a manager, we need to evaluate the results of employees and give fair and reasonable rewards and punishments for the results. For employees to make mistakes to hold the principle of strict little things, lenient big things.


      Through the training of this class, all the students present have benefited a lot and have a deeper cognitive and systematic understanding of the concept of management. Of course, in order to put what you have learned into practice, all students are expected to further improve their macro management thinking and overall concept on the basis of their comprehension, and apply them to practical work to further improve their work performance.

At the launch meeting, four class committee members of the training class were identified on the spot.
